Whether you applied, or we found your interesting profile! We will review, get in touch, and schedule a MeetUp Session within 2-3 days! Thanks for showing interest in becoming a Lean Scaler!
MeetUp with our Talent & Culture team!
You will be invited to a virtual MeetUp with our Talent & Culture team. We will be more than happy to tell you our story and listen to yours. At the end, if there is a potential match for both sides, we will jump into the next stage which is more fun! (30 Mins)
MeetUp with our Hiring Manager!
You will meet with your possibly future Chapter-Lead, will be able to mutually discuss all the role-specific needs and understand our products as well. Together we will see if there is a chance to have a promising opportunity for you at Lean Scale. (30 Mins)
Take-Home Case Study & Review Session
If the previous MeetUp has been promising, we will send you a “Take-Home Case Study” via email to assess & see your role-specific skills deeper. We will not give you a specific deadline, however we will expect to hear your time estimation to complete it. While doing the Case Study, you will have the chance to observe our true expectations from the role as well.

Once you complete & submit our Case Study, we will schedule a “Review Session” with you, including our Hiring manager and possibly the relevant Product Manager. We will discuss your solutions and choices and eventually understand if we are at the same page.
MeetUp with our CEO
If everything goes positive at the previous stages, it means that you’re shortlisted to receive an offer from us. Hence, you will have a MeetUp Session separately with our Founder & CEO to hear the true Lean Scale story from him and understand the company culture we have been building. :) (30 Mins)
