1. How can I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:
a. Go to the "Settings" app on your device.
b. Tap on your name and select "Subscriptions".
c. Find the Typogenius subscription you wish to cancel and select it.
d. Choose the "Cancel Subscription" option and confirm your choice.
Please note that we do not have the authority to process cancellations or issue refunds directly. You will need to contact the respective app store (e.g. Apple App Store) for assistance.
2. What is full access?
Allowing full access grants the keyboard permission to access an internet connection, which is essential for utilizing Typogenius' advanced features. Full access is necessary to enable the app to operate effectively and provide you with the best possible writing assistance.
3. What are the privacy implications of allowing full access?
Your privacy is our top priority. Allowing full access enables Typogenius to use the internet for feature updates and data processing, such as grammar checking and style suggestions.
