1.Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, registering with, accessing, or using the Typogenius app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the App. Please read them carefully.
2.License
Lean Scale DMCC grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to use the App for any other purpose, and you are expressly prohibited from:
2.1. Copying, modifying, or distributing the App.
2.2. Reverse engineering, or attempting to extract the source code of the App.
2.3. Renting, leasing, selling, sublicensing, or otherwise transferring rights to the App.
3. Intellectual Property
The App, including its text, graphics, user interface, visual interface, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork, computer code, and other content is owned by Lean Scale DMCC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use such content without permission from Lean Scale DMCC.
4. User Content
You may input or upload content to the App. By doing so, you grant Lean Scale DMCC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform that content in connection with the App and Lean Scale DMCC’s business.
5. Prohibited Uses
You are prohibited from using the App to:
5.1. Transmit any malware, viruses, or harmful code.
5.2. Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the App’s systems.
5.3. Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
6. Termination
Lean Scale DMCC may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
7. Changes to Terms
Lean Scale DMCC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes will constitute your consent to the new Terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is," and Lean Scale DMCC makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
Lean Scale DMCC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lean Scale DMCC and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.This specification ensures that any legal disputes will be handled under the laws applicable in Dubai, where Lean Scale DMCC is registered, providing clarity for legal interpretation and any potential legal proceedings.
